Recent Changes to Post-Graduation Employment and Visa Options for International Students

April 21, 2005
Where: Southern New Hampshire University

Attorney Wilson’s educational seminar explained the procedures and legal considerations for international students who wish to remain in the U.S. after graduation.

He discussed both non-immigrant (H1-B, E, L, TN) and immigrant visa (Green card, Citizenship) options, and addressed the recent changes (PERM Regulations) implemented by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and the Department of Homeland Security. He also clarified how these changes affect today’s corporations.

Mr. Wilson also talked about family based immigration options.

Following the presentation, Mr. Wilson was available to answer individual questions from students.
