NH Bar CLE: 8th Annual Labor & Employment Law Update April 2, 2009At this full day seminar, Attorney Wilson presented, "Immigration Update," covering topics such as: H-1B status, I-9 changes and enforcement, H-2A, and W visas. Other presentations that took place during the seminar included topics such as: recent developments and cutting edge issues confronting labor and employment practitioners, recent developments in employment discrimination, wrongful discharge and other employment litigation, ERISA, state and federal wage claims, whistleblower claims, privacy in the workplace, workers’ compensation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, employment immigration and public sector employment law.
The program also will included the comments of agency commissioners and directors who are involved in enforcement of state and federal labor laws in New Hampshire and a networking luncheon.
