Immigration Law 101: Beyond Practical Training February 2, 2007 Where: Southern New Hampshire University, Manchester, NHAttorney Wilson’s educational seminar explained the procedures and legal considerations for international students who wish to remain in the U.S. after graduation.
He discussed both non-immigrant (H1-B, E, L, TN) and immigrant visa (Green card and Citizenship) options, and addressed the recent changes (PERM Regulations) implemented by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and the Department of Homeland Security. He also clarified how these changes affect today’s corporations. Additionally, Mr. Wilson talked about family based immigration options.
Following the presentation, Mr. Wilson was available to answer individual questions.
