Attorney Wilson spoke in front of HR Administrators from the State of NH about immigration issues with foreign employees and I-9 compliance.

During his presentation he discussed recent proposed changes in the I-9 compliance process, and the immigration debate currently in Congress. He also discussed various professional visas available to foreign employees.
