Presented Vermont INS processing information to the labor law section of the NH Bar

Attorney Wilson spoke to the Bar Association Labor Law Section in conjunction with the Assistant Center Director and Functional Manager for Employee Development and Training at the INS Vermont Service Center. The seminar provided information to these Attorneys who represent employers and want to be better informed of issues involving immigration related matters. He reviewed some basic changes that have occurred since 9/11/01, including consular processing, greater I-9 compliance enforcement and general issues.
