Mr. Gauthier spoke about 'Dynamic Changes: Opportunities in the French Business Environment'. Participants included Mr. George Bald, Commissioner of the State Department of Resources and Economic Development, Mr. Douglas Scamman, Speaker of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, and New Hampshire business leaders, and civic and government officials.
